read continueously if you see' ~' as above. such as:-
1) bin~go  , It sounds 'bin'  then' go ' read fast continueously.
2) lay~e, it sounds 'lay' then' e' (as in a, b, c)
3) gu(m) pronounce gum without "m" ignore the sound of m
